Kenneth Tveito is a workplace strategist with more than 40 years of experience in workplace development and office environments. Since joining Kinnarps in 1993, he has been instrumental in developing the company’s sales methodology and since 2014, the Next Office workplace analysis concept.
Kenneth has conducted around 120 workplace analyses for private and public organizations across Norway, helping businesses understand how changing work patterns and employee needs shape the future workplace. Since 2022 he has been responsible for the development of the Next Office concept across Europe as part of Kinnarps’ international team. As an NLP coach and workplace strategist, he combines research, practical experience and human-centered insights to help organizations create workplaces that remain relevant, attractive and effective in a rapidly changing world.
