Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae is one of the most powerful figures in Finnish business, shaping leadership and decision-making at the highest level. She has been named Finland’s most influential woman in business by Talouselämä for eight consecutive years.
Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae has been involved in over 20 boards, either as a chairperson or a member in Northern Europe.

In Finland, Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae is, for instance, the chair of the board for Posti, Orthex, and Finnair, and has served on the boards of Anora, Harvia, and Paulig, among others. Additionally, she has worked in many significant roles in countries such as Sweden (e.g., Clas Ohlson, SAS, Duni), Germany, Switzerland, and Denmark (e.g., TCM, Babysam), where she currently resides. Throughout her career, Sanna has been involved in taking six companies public. She is also a member and lecturer of the Corporate Governance faculty at Copenhagen Business School.

Dr. Daniel Hulme is a British business leader, investor, academic and commentator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, applied technology and ethics. He is the Founder and CEO of Satalia and currently serves as Chief AI Officer at WPP following Satalia’s acquisition in 2021. Daniel is also the Founder and CEO of Conscium, the world’s first commercial research organisation dedicated to understanding machine consciousness.

With over 25 years of academic experience in AI, Daniel earned both his Master’s and Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence from UCL, where he previously led the Applied AI Master’s programme and now serves as Computer Science Entrepreneur-in-Residence. He also holds advisory roles across leading universities.

Internationally recognised as a leading keynote speaker and visionary thinker, Daniel connects AI, ethics and organisational design in a way that inspires both business and society. He has spoken for some of the world’s largest technology companies and at TEDx, and is a faculty member at Singularity University. Dirk Schmidt is a strategic finance professional with over 20 years of experience and Country CFO of IKEA Finland, (a role he has held since 2018). He also serves as a Board Member of IKEA Real Estate Oy and Chairperson of the board of the Finnish Ingka Wind Farm and Forestry companies. Prior to his current role, Dirk served as Country Business Navigation Manager at IKEA Oy. He began his career, after studying Strategy and Finance in Germany and the US, working in corporate finance and M&A advisory in Finland for Summa Capital and Clearwater Corporate Finance.

As a leader, Dirk aims to build high-performing teams grounded in shared values, trust and competence. He is enthusiastic about translating financial insights into clear business opportunities that help leaders make confident decisions and accelerate profitable growth.

Kristiina Kujala is a senior executive who has served as both CEO and Group CFO. Most recently, she served as CEO of Edita Group. Previously, she was Group CFO of Nordic Morning Group, and earlier held regional finance leadership roles at OneMed and senior finance positions at Alma Media. Drawing on experience from both the CEO and Group CFO roles, Kristiina brings first-hand insight into the partnership between business leadership and finance. Her experience spans finance transformation, business transformation, finance function development, ERP implementation, M&A and corporate restructuring, as well as governance in complex multi-company environments. In addition to her executive career, Kristiina serves as a board member and is an active member of International Women’s Forum Finland, part of a global network of accomplished women leaders.

Mia Tuomaala is a Senior Managing Consultant at Midagon, where she helps organisations to deliver business-critical finance transformations with measurable impact, structured and hands on approach. Prior joining Midagon, she worked in Finnish multinational companies in different industries, such as Nokia, Wärtsilä and Basware. Mia is experienced in the development of finance organizations, processes, and governance at the intersection of people, technology, and data. She is passionate about enabling high-quality strategic decision-making in uncertain environments, combining analytical rigor with a strong people-centric mindset and a continuous development approach. Mia brings a pragmatic perspective on how organizations can navigate complexity, balance facts with judgment, and make confident decisions in the face of ambiguity.

Toby Davidson is a highly experienced Chief Product Officer, with strong domain experience in SaaS and in finance & cloud software. He brings clear strategic product vision and customer-centricity.

Sven Norin is Product Area Manager for B2B e-invoicing at Tieto and an expert in e-invoicing, digital business networks and regulatory transformation. With over 30 years of experience spanning product management in the networked economy, he has worked through successive waves of transformation, from the commercialisation of the internet to today’s rapidly evolving e-invoicing and digital reporting landscape.

He works closely with customers, industry bodies and public authorities, helping organisations navigate changing requirements that are reshaping digital trade and financial processes. Sven regularly contributes to industry forums and conferences on e-invoicing, e-reporting and compliance.

Peter Nyman is a well-known, charismatic and experienced TV-anchor and business event moderator. He is a journalist, news-anchor and media professional that coaches on three languages. Peter has run communication trainings for business directors- and experts for years, but speaks about communication skills also to bigger audiences.
